Our client contacted MyHousePlan to initiate planning consent to replace their dated 4-bedroom dwelling, with a grand 5-bedroom dethatched home.
Firstly, our team met with the client to contribute to the overall project schedule of works and budget planning. We offered specialist advice as to their options under local planning law and permitted development rights.
Our architect then used the latest technology to create planning drawings. The home was to have additions such as a feature staircase and roof lantern. The client also requested vast living quarters within their brief.
As for the outcome of the project, our client’s wishes were granted, and the project was a success!
